Quality of Life Enhancement

The purpose for the establishment of Community USO NET Centers is to reduce the problem of digital divide among rural areas and social target groups which included the children, the disabled, the elderly, low-income and the underprivileged by adopting basic telecommunications system (broadband internet) as a tool to allow information access and promoting learning and knowledge enhancement with the aim to build a better quality of life for general public and further strengthening rural communities.        The total number of targeted communities is 408.
